Should I buy a Glock 34 and send it to Taran Tactical.

Absolutely not. It's way overpriced for what will still be a glock when it returns.

IMO: Spend half, or the same amount of money on practice ammo. Practice like a mofo and become a Master. (Or as close to one as you can get)

Or if it's gizmos you gotta have, buy a 2011 comp gun, or one of those super cz 20rnd 9mmer thingys.

Way more comfortable that some maybe, but well fitted leather shoes are like gloves on your feet. I used to have a pair in that bostonian style. I had them resoled about 4 times. I think they lasted me 10 years. It took perhaps another 20 before I found ones that fit as well again, this time from Canadian manufacturer Aldo.

You got a comfortable shoe at Aldo?

Is such a thing... even possible?

@Jack V Savage

In this post, you wrote:

In the following tweet, Silver writes that he thinks "parts of the [Democratic Party]" would fight Bernard Sanders in the event that the race boiled down to Biden v Sanders. Which "parts of the Party" do you think Silver is referring to? I think Silver is referring to the biggest DNC donors and the DNC officials whose salaries they pay.

I have no idea why you think the post you're quoting and the Tweet are related in any way. If the race came down to X vs. Y, the parts of the party that would oppose Y are the parts that support X. The presumption here would be that "party elites" are more likely to favor Biden than Bernie (and that Warren--who has a similar ideological positioning to Bernie--would have an easier time winning them over).

What I really want to do is get a G34 and then put a magazine well in it and get a local smith to fit the damn grip to my hand (carve out the trigger guard and such) and round off the underside of the front of the slide probably.

Prolly plenty goons that can do that, for a reasonable amount of loot.

Which one is a 34? I lost track after the 17!

Knew it, sausage fingers.

It's the first dedicated competition Glock they made. Comes from factory with the slide cut in the top.

See this is where people who ever had any faith that you were a genuine poster lose it.
I don't get it. That guy has his views. You have yours. The platform should censor him, but not you? Spamming is one thing (and I can understand why you would want to remove spammers, although the "ignore" feature does work ), but I think all views should be welcome even if some posters want to label them (whatever)-ist.

I have no idea why you think those two posts are unrelated. On the one hand you have endorsed the idea that major DNC officials do not favor particular candidates ("they are like the person at the office who puts gift cards together and organizes parties"), and on the other hand you seem to agree with an analysis that says "party elites" would take action to oppose Sanders if he got close to the nomination. Please explain.

I disagree. The entire world doesn't need to be 8chan. Moderated spaces are better.

So I always used imgur mobile in the past when uploading photos in the past but they got rid of mobile so I downloaded the app.

On mobile I never had anybody comment on the photos or even view them outside of the people that saw them here but I guess now they are up for everyone to see and they suspended my account because people were pissed about those old racist political cartoons I posted in the Statute of Liberty was for Europeans thread

Ha! You just got yourself a 10, you call it elegant, I call it simplistic <TheDonald>
Simple, not simplistic. Simple as in plain, easily stated, with fewer factors, clearly understood, carrying much meaning in a short space. Simplistic is "the reason everyone is mad is Orange Man bad." Simple is "The reason people are angry and upset is because a racist conman is in charge of the country."

Or they found out you are a Philly fan.

You mean moderation to remove views you don't like and leave views that you do like.

Not that I like or dislike, but that are worth time. I reject the notion of a ''free market place of ideas'' and make no apologies for it. Of course, these places should be allowed to exist, but I reject the notion that every place must be this way, and the notion that the best places are.

My gun toting ass hasn't been banned yet, Cubo got carded but isn't banned, Chesten is still around....

Maybe if some weren't so fucking off their rocker in expressing their opinions they wouldn't get banned and develop a persecution complex.

Nice try, but no. You found an easy solution when the challenge was to find a difficult one.

<{outtahere}>

Therefore, your solution is clearly simplistic as in "treating complex issues and problems as if they were much simpler than they really are".
