Ill have to check it out later.

I think he's focusing too much on the age. In his mind she's 16 which is the age of consent in many states so its not as egregious as it would be if the victim was like 13 or 11. But that's kind of short sighted I think, we're still talking about a grown ass man sending images and videos of his genitals to a teenager.Wai just tagged and asked for an apology from me because Trujillo only sent pics of his junk and a jerk off vid to a girl he knew was 16 despite her multiple times telling him to stop.
See guys. It was no big deal. Same as a pair of tits in a girls gone wild vid you stumbled across belonging to a 17 year old without your knowledge.
... A 16 year old being initially attracted to a 35 year old man who pled guilty to domestic abuse multiple times because he was a "celebrity" giving her attention sounds like the exact reason we have age of consent laws because she doesn't yet know better than to put herself into vulnerable situations.
Okay I swear I just missed this post when I posted the one above.Let’s try to keep that UFC topic to the heavies. It’s just going to cause trouble here. A new lounge thread started so hopefully we can move on to some different topics.

Looks like the age of consent in CO is 17 though.I think he's focusing too much on the age. The main point is about presuming guilt before such matters are adjudicated. A secondary point was about certain Sherbros attacking people for actions that some of them have undoubtedly engaged in (wittingly and unwittingly). I can't spell things out in any more details or this post will do down the memory hole.Looks like the age of consent in CO is 17 though.
@HockeyBjj
The moderators are not allowing me to respond to you or to discuss this matter at all. Interesting that we have 1984 tactics on this forum. I suppose we could continue via PM, but I'm not motivated. Anyways, I believe in due process and defending the accused even when we suspect guilt. I respect your view but I think it's wrong to jump to conclusions about guilt.

@HockeyBjj For the love of butts, do not indulge Wai on starting a PM thread on this subject. Once you birth that beast, it will grow to swallow whole you and all you hold dear and arousing.
No sir. I made two separate points. One was about hypocrisy. The other was about innocence until guilt is proven. Are you aware that charges =/= convictions? Are you aware that you don't know that the person you mentioned was aware of the information you listed? I have to write in broad terms or my post will be memory holed. I think you are smart enough to understand this, but it seems like you are preventing yourself from seeing it for some reason.Wasn't about guilt. It was about your disturbing attempt to draw similarity to someone possibly unknowingly at some point seeing a girl's tits who happened to be 17 without your knowledge or searching it out; to Trujillo's felony charges for knowingly sharing sexually explicit content with a minor.
Night and day difference
Lead asked this to be dropped. Please honor his request and either take it to PM or the OTNo sir. I made two separate points. One was about hypocrisy.
