You even ranked Aladdin and Pocahontas higher than the Lion King, that's harsh. Normally I dislike the comedy relief characters in Disney movies but in Aladdin its the opposite. Genie, Abu, the rug, and Hyago are the saving grace of the film while the human characters mostly suck.

It seems that thread making has become a troll job around here. People will select a news story, that is minuscule in significance (Random black guy commits robbery, random transkid has bad day etc) and then it becomes a thread. There is nothing to discuss, it's obviously used to derail the forum of actual conversations happening and it is almost always done in bad faith as to stir tensions.

I'm searching for the conservationist who mentioned this, but I overstated the facts. It was more about how hyena conservation is hard to make popular because of both the Lion King and nature documentaries using emotional language and making them out to be scavengers.

So. I get day drunk and go to the zoo A LOT. Half the time I'm just stoned as fuck looking at the African Painted Dogs. Incredible hive minded animals. And they have the highest percentage of successful hunts out of any animal in Africa.

@Zookeeper Gabe how would you compare the Painted Dogs to North American Wolves? Their pack structure seems similar.
