I usually try to stay away from the SJW, everything is racist , mah feelings b.s. that permeates alot of pop culture/political discussion

...holy fuck trump , just shut up man....in less than 3days the story has flipped...Pelosi/aoc went from "fighting" to standing together on a house resolution condeming your racist inaccurate drivel

With the AoC gang vs Pelosi, Trump could have really had a good week sitting back on the sidelines munching the popcorn

But nope. He's gotta go streaking across the field at halftime, then be mad at everyone else for wanting to kick him out of the stadium

It was very lol-worthy that Trump explicitly commented on and seemed to be trying to (however transparently and childishly) stoke the rivalry between AOC and Pelosi and then immediately the next day said something outrageous and stupid to unite them against him.

Lordy, there's a new Trump tweet thread. The usual goons must have gotten their marching orders, b/c the common response is that the "go back to your country" remarks are not technically racist because he doesn't actually mention their races. I'm still waiting for an explanation on why that is a meaningful distinction in this case.

I'm seen pundits say Brown's will win their division this year. I don't really get the hype. There's been far too many years people thought this going into the season to give them any optimism until they actually do it.

I'm pretty high of Baker and they added ODB

I hand out the schedules and the orders Sunday night, so naturally they are out in full force today.

Wow, what a douche bag. And "picks on me" means quoting things you've actually said? What a snow flake to boot.

I guess I don't follow the league as a whole enough. I use to watch the NFL entirely but the past few years, it has just been Steeler games. To me, the NFL isn't like the NBA. Picking up a star player (especially a WR) isn't going to turn a bad team to a good one. Baker might be good but I just think they are expecting too fast of a turnaround. The schedule is easier than most teams I suppose but still..

I have them pegged as a wildcard team. Winning division (and being out first round playoffs due to inexperience and jitters) wouldn't surprise me at all.

People have been saying "this'll be the year the Browns don't suck" for many years, and it hasn't panned out. But last year at 7-8-1 with two very narrow losses was the year they finally didn't suck already.

The Browns have a quarterback for the first time since....? Actually prove he looks like a franchise qb on the field, not just look good in flashes. He'll improve going into 2nd year as well. They added one of the most skilled WRs in the game. Their young defense looked good last year and will be 1 more year experienced.

Going 10-6 or 11-5 to win a weaker division wouldn't surprise me. More likely is 9-7 getting in on wildcard.

FWIW Vegas has the Browns wins over/under at 9 and Steelers at 9.5, so the pros have it really close.

I'm with Polish and think Baker is the real deal. And as a Giants fan I think OBJ could be the most talented WR in the league (a small handful of guys can make that claim). The offense is stacked and the defense should be decent too (middle of the pack).

Such a Lloyd thing to say.

"Well, I don't know why he's picking on a widdle old retiree like me with my meager fixed income of $50 million a year that I pay out to myself from the fortune I made running the most famously extravagant investment bank in the country."

I don't twitter but on Facebook, it looks like he's saying dem racism is bad because Israel doesn't like it?

If Democrats want to unite around the foul language & racist hatred spewed from the mouths and actions of these very unpopular & unrepresentative Congresswomen, it will be interesting to see how it plays out. I can tell you that they have made Israel feel abandoned by the U.S.

Everything else aside, why the fuck should we care what Israel thinks of our internal politics? They need to shut up and just be greatful the only bipartisan thing we can do is offer up the American taxpayer teet to them.

And I just happen to think if you call a man like Bernie "potentially dangerous" you best prepare for a counter punch. If he's too sensitive maybe he should have sat out politics.

I feel so bad for Joe Thomas. Absolute class act for them for 11 years of garbage. Retires due to injuries and wear and tear on body just as the management finally gets a good looking roster.

Record setting lineman pro bowl appearances, 10,000 consecutive offensive snaps. 5 times voted a top 30 player in the league. Never griped about being the lone bright spot on a dumpster fire team.

Yeah man, I hate seeing GOAT level players wasted on bad teams. Unfortunately it happens in the NFL a lot. Happens in baseball too (Mike Trout).
