Poor @Madmick trying to keep control in the flash mob robbery thread is like watching someone bail with a bucket full of holes

It's a valient effort to try and steer posters away from overt racist posts and yellows and ban hammer, but how much longer can he keep it up?

@waiguoren-style random crime threads should be Dumped anyway. What's the WR angle there? BTW, check out the Youtube comments on the vids. Yikes.

What does that mean? "Racist person sleeved," I mean. Sounds like slang I'm not familiar with.

Ed: Checked Urban Dictionary. https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=sleeved

I'm still confused.

Swipe texting. Meant "somewhere". You quoted my response before I fixed it with an edit.

I'm talking like the cell phone vid of a woman yelling at a pool, or the guy asking to see a black guys key to prove he lives at that apartment. Those type incidents

@Anung Un Rama I've also felt wronged by modding decisions in the past, especially when threads were dumped into which I had put a lot of work. It made me really angry for a couple of hours.

Reflecting on it, though, it was a bit too much from my side and raging about that stuff makes you (as in 'one') look a little comical. I don't think the decision was wrong in your case, but if it was: it happens.

Oh man, gotta check it out, see some bannins.

Youtube comments, Twitter comments...

actually any on line commenting section represents a very dark prism of how some people think...

it's all entirely disgusting. I mean, there are some gems out there, and hilarious comments but these commenting sections reflect a very ugly side of people.

@Lead my good bud Caudillo got banned and I can’t imagine why. I’m demanding answers, sir. Was it in here or in OT that he got in trouble?

That's what, his fourth ban?

Seaside, SouthoftheAndes, Caudillo, and at least one more I forgot...

I'm good with it at this point. But I felt it was important to find out why it was dumped and then make my objections known. It was wrong to dump it.
Read the thread and you see how it developed (exceeding my expectations). you can even see how there are about 3 posters who actually got it and the rest of the people were just triggered because it hit so close to home (so close they couldn't see the forest for the trees) and just kept proving my point.

And not every subject can fit into 1 thread. Some angles on the same subject deserve a separate conversation. And my thread wasn't even a duplicate thread, it only used the subject of Epstein to discuss a completely different topic. Somebody cried and that is why it got dumped.

One of these days, he's gonna snap.
For the record, when I created that thread with a merge, the principal goal of which was to remove those threads from the Mayberry, I gave it a 2% of not getting dumped.

I have polled myself, and updated that estimate with an adjustment. I now put it's chances at 0.5%.

Things get exponentially worse when the comments are made under the presumption of anonymity
