Anyways, prodigious doesn't even do him justice. He was deputy chairman of the entire Black Panther Party by the time he was 20 years old. Then Patrice Lumumba and Che Guevara. Then Thomas Sankara (although the US wasn't really a party to his death). It's really sad thinking about how he'd still only be 70 years old today.

It really shows the disdain Delta has for their employees if they think they can't do the math and figure out that $700 a year is about a $0.35/hour, then do some math and figure out what kind of raise they could get with a collective bargain.

He also realizes he has no solid policy proposals so his passion is tearing down any idea from the left without a counter proposal


It drives him absolutely insane that AOC is younger than him and was elected. And she completely ignores him lol
 
We're under contract on the house we looked at yesterday and we got it right before the dreaded "Hot Home" tag on redfin popped up.

Every house we saw listed as a Hot Home before ended up under contract that weekend and for over asking.

What does "on contract" mean?

I've never house hunted outside of looking for rentals.

Pretty sure Kristol was one of his idols and Ben reacted like a teen who got grounded and went to Facebook lol





Ben wrote an entire article about how you can laugh at Trunp without supporting him

Sorry that was supposed to say under contract. We've agreed to a purchase the house for a certain price pending it passes inspection.

So we have a pending sale under contract

I think a contingent sale under contract is if the sale is contingent on the buyer selling their house to finance the sale or if you make an offer without pre qualification of lender.

Cool beans and congrats.

Hopefully in a year or so I will be able to say I'm doing the same. Feel like once I get my truck paid off I can finally start saving to purchase myself a house.

May 22.

Last day at current job is May 17. Have a meeting on the 29th at my new place of employment to fill out tax forms and go over benefits and such. Official first day of actual work is the 3rd of June. At first I was nervous but I'm really looking forward to it. New "Adventure" so to speak, the job is what I went to school for plus there's a damn good law school just down the road from where I will be working.
