The only mention of the DNC in that story is the former vice chairman who was a Sanders supporter. The story is that some Democrats don't want Sanders to win because they are concerned about his electability. OK. And many of his supporters are CTers who will see him losing as inherently illegitimate, which causes more electability issues. That seems like a legitimate concern.

Bernie Sanders, most popular politician in the land. favored in most if not all polls to defeat Trump in 2020.
Votes with Democrats ~95% of the time.
Democrats: lets sabotage his campaign.
Democrat cult members: I see no problem with the DNC cutting the legs out from the campaign with the most populous support and the best chances of beating Trump ... because he's an outsider.

Why do some people not see a problem with a private political duopoly rigging our elections? It is incredibly unsettling to see people regurgitate that rationalization for undercutting campaigns; essentially embracing oligarchy over democracy.

When you kind of cut out the silliness to get to your point, it seems that you're complaining that not all Democrats have Sanders as their preferred candidate, which also suggests that the concerns in the story are well-founded. It's a major problem for a party if 20% or so of its base favors one guy and will see it as proof of corruption if he doesn't win.
