But is SBJJ just too dumb to realize that no one is saying that having a Russian name is what makes the contact attempt something that should be reported or is he deliberately misrepresenting the argument? I'd argue that it's actually dishonest (that he knows better). I think his condition comes in where he thinks that it's a clever misrepresentation that other people won't immediately see through.
