And the best part is, i'm guessing that @PolishHeadlock, since he isn't a coward or a welcher, would probably be willing to have his account dusted despite the less serious "official" terms they finalized

@PolishHeadlock is playing with fire with that tuck gif up above imo. Wouldn't want to wrong mod to see that and hit it with the nudity button.

I got dubs once for a political cartoon that was a little too penisy (was during the Trump vs Kim nuclear dick measuring contest)

Would it be weird that I actually take the dissenting side here? And no it's not just because of Waig proving the bet slips to me. I play dynasty fantasy football, and there are tons of trades agreed upon via texting or in person, then when push comes to shove and trade is sitting in your inbox to accept or reject, the cold feet happen and you realize it's not a good move.

If there's an official platform for a transfer (whether bet or trade), that's the official and anything else is just dust. Still a bitch move, but he shouldn't be made to honor the non official bet. We've mocked people fantasy football with screenshots to the group chats, so the heat he's getting seems just fine.
I think that's reasonable as an excuse, but it's pretty shameful for the person who benefits from the excuse, so it kind of takes away from the goodliness of the excuse. Like when I accepted a debate with Kafir-Kun about boots on the ground in the middle east, and then reconsidered before the debate came and declined, he can rightfully say that he won in the sense that I agreed to his side of the argument, and that I forfeited. I wouldn't even mind it being counted as a loss on a scoreboard, though that's borderline.

But this one between wai and prok wasn't even a matter of cold feet; he still thought he would win. That's where I think it was not honorable or gentlemanly conduct.

In other news, Trump is planning to put together a Technology and Innovation Commission led by the heavy hitting triumvirate of Tim Apple, Elon Tesla and Bill Microsoft.
I want to introduce Tim Apple. who took over his company after his brother Steve Apple died of cancer. Very sad.

His sister Fiona of Normandy was supposed to be next in line, but Steve went back on his promise and turned it over to Tim while he (Steve) was on his deathbed. Shit's about to hit the fan.

What do you think is too loose?
You made a statement of the form, "to be in good standing on the right, one must...", correct? We agree that this is probably too strong, correct?

(To be clear, I don't even like the "right" and "left" terms and scarcely use them. Not the point here.)

And let's not lose sight of him still thinking Polish is somehow "honor bound" to follow through with his account termination despite that not even being the terms they did end up agreeing on in the bet thread.
Wai makes bet with Prok outside bet thread = doesn't have to honor it
Wai tries to make account bet with Polish, can't because it's unenforceable, comes to other terms in the bet thread = Polish must surrender his account
And the best part is, i'm guessing that @PolishHeadlock, since he isn't a coward or a welcher, would probably be willing to have his account dusted despite the less serious "official" terms they finalized

I'm not a welcher.

But I'm willing to bet (in or outside of the bet thread) that when I win our bet this guy will Welch again

When that happens @Lead will be slapping this on him for five years

*Removed*

But with this as the head

You're well aware that this is an gross, inaccurate oversimplification, but you are too dishonest to stop.

If you win the bet, you get my account. No questions asked, no confirmation needed. That's so obvious that I shouldn't need to repeat it. Non-account politics bets are handled in @Lead's thread.

I'm not aware of any counter examples (you still haven't provided Schlapp's views on the relevant issues). But I do think it's possible there is one. I tend to think that someone who is vocally pushing for a reality-based understanding on the issues listed (and others) would meet the fate of people like Frum and Nichols. But maybe someone who leans hard enough on ethno-nationalism can get away with some heresies and remain a trusted figure on the right.

And yet it isn't because you have a reputation of being a dishonorable welcher
