So it's mentally weak when I individual needs help with dealing with alcoholism and depression and just had a recent death too. yeah I guess that's weak. Derp

Is this where I'm supposed to feel guilty?

I really only like mcgriddles. Far as fast food burgers go everywhere else is way better.

Also a mcgriddle is sort of a semi rare treat for me I'm not often up when breakfast is being served so I get excited when I am.

I hate mornings.

I checked and they aren't served here anyway. Just McMuffins and breakfast burgers.

We love mcgriddles and watching the sun come up over the burbs though. There are very few things make me that happy. Iced coffee mcgriddles and my playlist just sitting on the back step on one of those super swampy mornings is so fine.

I can't hate on that, bro.

I had to google, "McGriddle" because I thought it was a type of ice coffee I was unfamiliar with.
I was very disappointed...
Don't underestimate the mcgriddle man. The things are so good.
Not really a fan of McDonalds. Haven't eaten at one for 23 years.
McDonald's

<{1-17}>

https://www.stack.com/a/7-horrible-...of protein, they,a staggering 990mg of sodium.

There aren't many worse ways to start your day than a McDonald's McGriddle. However, with the Sausage variety being priced at just $2, it's a common practice for many people. While McGriddles do contain a good amount of protein, they're otherwise a cocktail of saturated fat, sugar and sodium.

A Sausage McGriddle, for example, contains nearly half the daily recommend limit of saturated fat. Then you factor in 15 grams of sugar and a staggering 990 mg of sodium.

While athletes who train intensely on a daily basis need more sodium than sedentary people, over-consuming sodium can lead to high blood pressure, heart failure, stroke and a wide range of other issues [Bloating].

Health officials estimate that if Americans lowered their daily sodium intake to the recommended range, it would prevent up to 92,000 deaths annually.

I don't. However, when those people start talking shit, it's always humorous to me at how sensitive they are when it's pointed out that the comments are coming from a mentally disturbed person. I have no problem with pointing this out, if you show me that side. Some crazy dude is offended when I call them crazy, when they want to play games? Oh' well. Maybe don't try to talk shit, when you're an admitted weak minded person, who can't handle the back and forth of the shit talking YOU instigated.

Any other people from your support group you'd like to tag? I can tag them for you, if you'd like.
There's that famous heretic friendliness and politeness.

I can't hate on that, bro.

I'm aware. You add in the calories from that iced coffee thermos and you gotta be at like 2 days worth of calories

I'm just drawn like a magnet to shit that's bad for you.

What I really need is like a health nut friend with a type a personality that lives near me. Bout the only time I behave is if I'm harassed into it.

My old fave breakfast used to be coffee perks and cigarettes. You gonna be ready to take on the world with that breakfast of champions lemme tell ya.

The thing I seriously miss most about drug use is the insane amount of shit I'd get done.

Why don't you tag a dog turd with your mouth? It would suit your palate.

Sorry, I'm half in the bag and can't be assed to manually quote, so bear with me.

@Andy Capp
"You know, as much as I have taken strong exception to some of the things you say, I find you impossible to dislike. Good post."

I'm an affable asshole, so this sentiment isn't new to me. Also, sometimes I disagree with myself and think I go overboard, so no big deal if you have issues with some of my posts. I'm just a dude riddled with faults and fuck up as much as anyone else, so it's all good. Live and learn, and all that..

@irish_thug
"True. I may be a bit of a scumbag, but I don't mind listening. I attribute it to my time as a bartender."

Brother, you're quality people and I hope to sit around your campfire and shoot the shit with you some day. The fact that you think you may be a "bit of scumbag" is a plus. The best people are those who are aware of their shortcomings. How else are you gonna try to improve yourself if you don't know there's stuff to work on?

@Deorum

Hope you're keeping well.
