Sorry I'm late to the conversation but what are these things? I'm 50 but still a gym rat and looking for any edge I can find.
Yeah that's me, I weighed like 140 when I graduated high school. My metabolism has slowed quite a bit, I'm about 190 now, there's a good amount of muscle mass involved but I have bit of a well-earned belly from years of food and drink. We're not talking Tank Abbott territory here but maybe the same ballpark.

Understood. And I find I've made an error. The Silver is still all agave, just not aged and therefore harsh. The gold is mixed, and the reposado and anejo are aged 100% agave, so they're the best. I actually like anejo far more than scotch now. There's a lot more flavour and a lot less burn.

SARMS (google it, but be prepared for an avalanche of bad sources with a few good ones). Kinda like steroids without the side effects, but in my experience they are best for cutting because you can hit cardio really hard without losing muscle and endurance. There are other sarms that are supposedly better for gains, but I haven't tried them.
Yeah, Patron is over-priced. And I am not doubting your tarbender. If you only drink when you're out, none of this matters. But if you can find anejo tequila in the liquor store, I am suggesting you try it rather than scotch next time, and you may save a lot of money, depending. I'm only saying, I have had USD$40 tequila that was far and away better than the best scotch I ever had at 3 or 4 times the price. Just my opinion.
I was 130 when I graduated high school. I held about 165 for 20 years. My metabolism slowed up a few years ago. Now I have to get after it a bit to stay there. I’m at around 170 right now.
