Looks like IreallydotrainUFC got the hammer. He was funny. An earnest guy but about as sharp as a wet rag, and really repetitive (taxation is theft). I suspected that he was Lance Freimuth.

Nah, he was pure troll in the heavies.

Nah, he isn't Lance or nah, he wasn't earnest? I'd be very surprised if at least in the WR, he didn't believe what he wrote.

What made you think it's Lance? That's an old account, and I haven't noticed any other retreads. Can't remember reading any of this guy's posts in here, but the posts/threads that got him banned were pure trolling. Definitely not earnest. He made an "analingus" thread in the heavies. Trash.

Just the writing style, positions on issues (simplistic ancap), one detail about their personal lives that they both mentioned (ethnicity of wife). I could be wrong about that one. I believe that he trolled in other subforums, but I don't think he was trolling here.

Ed: Also the username would fit Lance.

Just had a Judicial Officer snap back at a defendant.

Dude was arrested for putting a replica Colt .357 Mag to his neighbors head and threatened to shoot her.

He keep prattling "you don't have jurisdicition over tribal land" and the Judicial Officer finally had enough and went "you were arrested for a felony, that's where my jurisdiction comes from"

CNN just filed a TRO on first amendment grounds due to the Acosta stuff @Quipling @panamaican @JamesRussler @Trotsky

It’s pretty clear that Jim Accost-her got his credentials revoked because he raped that White House intern. Assuming he even has a 1A right to verbally harass President Trump on White House grounds, the White House can regulate the time place and manner of that harassment, and they did. Mr. Intern Accoster is still free to harass President Trump from the sidewalk on Pennsylvania Avenue. His First Amendment claim is DENIED.

Can someone please tell me what the fuck it is that Democrats plan on doing for America?

This is one of the funniest videos I've ever watched

I personally think he has something with the due process claim but I could easily be wrong. I think you are right that the 1a claim is weaker but man Ted Olson is not the guy to mess with.

bought this the other day:

seems counterproductive to have a deodorant that could be described as "man sweat" scented.

I agree the DP argument is stronger, but I still don’t think he should keep his press credentials. What process does he seriously think he’s due? The White House made its reasons known. Jim disagrees with those reasons, but that’s too bad—he assaulted an intern, and it’s on video. It’s not like Jim had his journalism license revoked; it’s more like he lost a security clearance.

I tried to drum up some 1A discussion but it was pretty weak. Seems obvious to me anyone claiming a violation on that ground is off base. Why can't people just say there's a procedure to be followed without making it some Constitutional crisis?
