What did you do though?

Not even sure cause it hasn't been til this year that I've had the issue. Maybe some weird type of inflammation? My neck is sore from rolling but I never had issues like this before so I don't think that's it. It really does suck those when I'm about to sneeze cause I get stuck in limbo.
