Anybody else find it hilarious that Republicans are claiming they were the party supporting/protecting the pre existing condition clause

They were.

Man, for that kind of money you still have to pay for drinks? Fuck that shit. Next thing you will be telling me there's no place to smoke pot.
That's the one sorta nice thing about cruise's.

You pay for your room, you pick like a meal plan, and if you get the drink plan MOST American guys and women can outpace it to the point the cruise company is losing money while you're a drunken mess.

Do you think Sinead O Connor would sing for Conor again? Or maybe Khabib has hired her? Would that be high level mentaĺ warfare?

They can blatantly bullshit cos their base will believe anything

So on the day after explosives are sent to CNN, Donald J. Shitforbrains tweets out that the "mainstream media" is "purposefully false and inaccurate" and "so bad and hateful it is beyond description" and that is the excuse for mailing pipe bombs?

How the fuck does ANYONE still stand up for this moron?

Perhaps given that you were previously banned and are currently cared, it's not especially wise to screw with the mod behind your infractions? Just saying.

This is BY FAR the scariest political phenomena right now in my opinion: Republicans blatantly lying about recent political history, their policies, their history of policy support, and so on -- and their followers believing it. Such as:

  1. Republicans saying Obamacare sped up price growth (it drastically slowed it down)
  2. Republicans saying that Democrats are going after Medicare and Social Security, when it's the exact opposite
  3. Trump saying that the wealthy wouldn't/didn't receive tax cuts and that the middle class got them (again, opposite is true)
  4. Republicans saying Democrats are unprecedentedly obstructionist (in fact, they've been far less so than 2010-16 congressional Republicans)
  5. Trump/Republicans saying Obama was "open borders" despite him being verifiably the most "closed borders" president in American history in terms of border removals and cross-border migration rates
  6. Republicans saying that the tax cuts have already began paying for themselves (they have no even come anywhere close)

Like, we're going to get to the point that, in a decade when the Republicans/Trump's 2017 tax cuts prove to be disastrous and doom our next national economic recovery, the Republicans are going to say that the Democrats were the ones who passed the tax cuts and they were against them - and use that lie to regain power, pass more tax cuts, and make out like bandits again.

More than the dishonesty itself, the Republican optics of "my constituents are having a hard time making ends meet and I want to help them get good jobs and affordable healthcare" faux blue collar horseshit is just....it's evil, man.

the trouble with democracy is that stupid people get to vote too.

Make bomb. Leave no trail so obviously smart.

Put bomb in mailbox. LOL. Thinking George Soros checks his own mail.

After kavanaugh, no false flag would be out of the question anymore.

At the very least we know that the bomber is more competent than the Saudi Arabian government. If it was done by the Saudis we''d have known it was them before all the bombs were discovered.

After kavanaugh, no false flag would be out of the question anymore.

That's dangerous thinking. And I hesitate to call it thinking.

But, let's be honest, nothing changed due to the Kavanaugh hearing. Right-wingers were fully willing to embrace farcical conspiracy theories absolving their side of guilt or responsibility for their own actions/policies long ago. Rational adherence to reality is a spec in the rear view at this point.

I would argue it's the same on the left. America is divided. It's a war at this point, the lines have been drawn in the sand. Me VS you, them vs us, left vs right.

Neither side gives a shit at this point. Both sides want the complete and utter destruction of the other.

Uh yeah, that's too ridiculous to qualify as hyperbole, even.

There is this thing called the observable reality all around us. Both sides have lost their minds. America is in a bad state.

I also feel like One is ramping up in a major way. With Eddie and DJ, they have improved their profile massively imo. The times of 2012-2016, when the UFC had the best talent and almost all top 10 fighters is coming to an end.
And it seems like they're willing bleeding talent ever since WME took over. Before the UFC would jealously keep anyone in the top 15 until they were thoroughly washed up or on the way down, now they'll let them walk away on a win streak even. To this day I'm not sure why they let Bader and Davis leave when LHW is so anemic.
Fuck, I think I literally have done too many drugs. What is an AP class?
Advanced Placement, they're courses that are supposed to be taught at a college level in high school. At the end of the year you take an AP test where you are scored from 1-5 with 3 being the minimum passing grade. If you pass you they can count for college credit and allow you to skip certain classes but some universities have conditions regarding using AP credits and won't let you cash them in in certain circumstances.
Throw him right in with Woodley and let's see what he can really do.
He and Woodley train together so I wonder if that will be a problem.
Do you think Sinead O Connor would sing for Conor again? Or maybe Khabib has hired her? Would that be high level mentaĺ warfare?
Would love to see her do another live performance like she did at 189, that was sick.

I don't think this is true, and I think its falsity can be demonstrated in socialists and liberals still fighting ferociously for the interests of Trump-supporting demographics: the former organizing and protesting for workers in rural America and advocating for poor rural communities in the face of brutal austerity policies such as in Illinois, the latter advocating for speech rights of right-wingers despite the speech being abhorrent and stupid.

But even if you were to submit to the reality that both sides simply "want the complete and utter destruction of the other," then you can at least discern a difference in one side (the left) wanting that on the basis of policy (not flooding the political system with corporate money, not suppressing wages and busting union rights, not speeding up climate change, not exploding the deficit during an economic boom, not unproductively wasting money on immigration measures and expenditures, etc.), and the other side (the right) having no actual attachment to policy whatsoever other than vague anti-immigration sentiment.

You're the same as the people you fight. Not flooding the political system with political money? What a mute point. Yeah, only Republicans do that.

I'll give you this though, you've learned well. The system you guys have (A two party system in a world power type country) You're doing what you're supposed to do.

Uh yeah, that's too ridiculous to qualify as hyperbole, even.

Actually I think it’s becomming more true.

After the right reacted to Obama with the tea party and trump, what exactly can we expect? The Dems are getting drowned by faux populism and gerry meandered to death. I expect the harsher side of the dems to pop out (although at least that side is actually fighting for the people it claims to represent).

But let’s not pretend republitards have not been acting like it happened 10 years ago as they have sucked on birther dick while flip flopping on austerity.

It’s going to get bad on both sides me thinks but hopes not.

Yeah, got the AP thing. LOL
Re: Askren, just seems like the best place to start. Maybe not going to happen, but here's hoping.
