First i've hear about that particular case. The eviction wave is looming, though. And our housing situation was already pretty poor.

Yeah interesting case. That's the sort of deadbeatery that I don't vibe with, my issue is more due to the pandemic and recession.

Morally vague and something I'll have to think about. I do dig seeing a community come together to stop evictions though. I've been seeing rent strikes being planned all across the US which I think is a pretty solid move.

As for this particular case, upon actually looking into it as you have just done, you're correct. Then again, our issues with housing discrimination and evictions predate covid by a long shot. I've even done some research on this subject for the county and it was eye opening.

A jaguar escaped like a year ago and went on a fucking murder spree. Killed some Emus (something Australia couldn't even do) and some llamas I think.

2021 is coming up quickly no doubt. And they will most likely extend the moratorium as they have done every time it’s set to expire for the entirety of the pandemic.

As to your longstanding issues with housing discrimination you’re certainly more well versed on that topic and I defer to you.

I just thought it was worth noting as I’m familiar with the process over here and was pretty sure a liberal area like Oregon would have a similar moratorium. We’ve done a couple evictions but one was ordered years ago and the others were for people who were terrorizing their neighbors through various means lol.
