I've been mocked for sleeping like depicted in the drawing provided below.

I lay on my back, arms by my side, bent, and my hands just relaxed pointing at my chest. A former partner told me I sleep like a dead spider and it's abnormal.
Does anyone else sleep like this or would like to give it a try?

That's exactly what I'm doing. Every time I come to work, go for lunch, grab coffee, or leave the office I do a set. Often there are some other guys who follow me to do them, so it turns into a dick measuring contest pretty quickly, which defeats the purpose of greasing the groove.
I'm now good enough with pullups that I can actually get a bit of a mind muscle connection going with my back. The better you get at pullups, the more you can actually get out of them, IMO.

I was about to insult the shit out of you and I bumped my knee into a corner.This Lockdown my goals are pretty straight forward:
1) bench teh 275
2) hold an L Sit for 15 seconds (without looking like I have Parkinsons)
3) do 20 unbroken/strict pullups (I'm at about 15 right now)
4) stretch at least 25 minutes a day
5) able to unassisted pistol squats with both legs
