Now lets wade into the short lived "swing" resurgence...

Jesse Michaels from Operation Ivy had a sick fucking band called Common Rider like ten years ago.
I was more into this kinda stuff after hearing it all in the mid 2000s:
Basically, knowing that an old punk band could mature and do a real acoustic track won me over. Everyone else was trying too hard.
Swing is awesome.
I did grow as a person
i listen to a lotta shit like this now too
Those didn't do much for me. Try this.
I'm guessing now is my one and only time to throw in some good Miley Cyrus:
Thats pretty good
How bout this one ?
I was into the punk/ska scene in school with friends from a band. I always fell into the melodic punk genre though, No Use For a Name, other bands that could write great melodies. Screaming and playing horns got old, although I always preferred the talent of the horn players than the rest of the band.
A minute in and it's easily the best track you've posted.![]()
Here is me on guitar, and my dad on drums. It was a random jam, total improv.
@HereticBD @My Spot @Sketch @Gutter Chris @Cubo de Sangre etc
its true.The whole thing was completely ludicrous
It did kick off my years long bromance with @DoctorTaco though
I know you dont like ska much .
I love the angry johnny christmas songs
