Nice. I’ve got little foam mats but that’s more for setting the 85# dumbbells after bench or rows and not destroying floor of apartment
You can make a pretty badass deadlift platform out of some horse stall mats and plywood. There are some instructionals on Youtube.
Try to get plates locally from places like OfferUp, Craigslist, etc. I've been able to get under $2 per pound, just have to be patient.
Regarding the split rack you posted, I bought one and used it for about two weeks before I bought a half rack. The uprights weren't big enough imo and walking the squat forward i just wanted to place the bar against the uprights and then drop down to rack, but I was needing to "place" the barbell in the rack which is more error prone.
