One scenario for Republicans after the election and on into the next four years: Trump eats the Republican Party by splitting it between his chud base and the normies, and this makes it very hard in some places for a Republican candidate to draw support from voters. His pushing and screaming and crying is nudging the environment toward a split right now. Will that continue to be effective? You have people like Mitch who are smart enough to see it coming, and who set up camp in the middle between rationality and Trumpism, but also turds like Cruz and Lindsey who are clinging to the last crumb of power. It's an interesting dynamic. I think as usual, Republicans will hold their coalition together, but I also think Trump could destroy it.

Anyone here experience trouble breathing / snoring at night after taking some damage to their nose?

Early this year someone landed a pretty hard knee to my nose when we were sparring and I definitely heard lots of crunching when it happened.

Now recently I find I have trouble breathing at night after I lie down and apparently I now snore all the time and it is really affecting my sleep quality. Think I'll need to get some surgery to fix this... sigh....

How GOP moves on post Trump will be very interesting. Will they continue pandering to the worst of the Trumpian base? Or try to return to more moderate stuff, knowing the Trump screachers will still at least vote for them as they’ll never look at democrats.

Best bet is to probably keep some of the lefty hatred going so that they don’t become apathetic voting block that doesn’t show. But they need to not have another Trump type capture enough for a primary win again. Unless they for some reason want that.

I saw he made a suggestive comment to someone that's off limits, but it was subtle enough. Although, I believe the guy said he was reporting him. With Trotsky's history, I'm guessing it wouldn't take much to give him the boot.
