What do y’all think is Keanu’s most iconic role? Neo? John Wick? Bill (or Ted, I’ve never seen the movies)? Speed? Point break?

New, but Constantine 2 is in the works

It has to be Neo. John Wick helped him get back into mainstream appeal though and also revitalized the action genre.

John Wick is the whole reason guys now train with real firearms for shows and movies like it. The entire SWAT cast trained with Taran Tactical cause of what Taran Butler did with Keanu, John Bernthal did as well prior to Punisher along with actual Marines.

Please don't be taking the piss with this.

FUCK YES!!!!!

And I'm glad they're bringing Stormare back too. I love in John Wick 2 that he was Vigo's like brother and you could tell they wanted to reference Constantine but didn't... until I looked up the company of cigar he's smoking. The cigar is called an El Diablo.

The way he looks around wide-eyed while you can hear the Mustang tires screeching is fucking great.

EDIT:
Just to add, I think it's hilarious that Stormare and the guy that played Vigo (can't remember his name) are (or were) both Swedish.... and are always typecast as Russians.

I know I'm late to the student loan forgiveness debate but I'll throw in my two cents anyway.

From my perspective I've always thought that forgiving interest accrued on student loans rather than the entirety of loans themselves might be a better compromise. A lot of people are against student loan forgiveness because it goes against their sense of fairness so under this plan at least students are made to pay back every cent they borrowed while still getting relief. Plus it'd be a lot cheaper. That said I doubt the GOP would agree to even that with how obstructionist they've been.

This is something that Biden could do without Congress, which is why I think it's being seriously considered. The point would just be the short-term stimulus, and the more, the better. Unlike the last recession (which had the whole debt overhang, financial crisis aspect), I think this one could go away pretty quickly with a good shot of stimulus.

The potential blowback is something to worry about, but ultimately, if we have a booming economy by 2024, I think the political tradeoff is fine, and it's potentially the right thing to do politics aside ("potentially" because it depends on what other options are available, as I can see many other, better options possible but maybe not actually available). I do remember the late, unmissed Sabretruth was really fanatically against it because he thought it was unfair. Worth mentioning because I think he was a good representative of a big chunk of low-ish-info swing voters--deeply authoritarian, nutty religious beliefs, hardcore into culture-war stuff, with many leftist policy views but a lot of cynicism about left-leaning politicians' desire to actually implement them. He kind of descended into total madness before the end, though.
