Agreed on the blow to their ego.Yeah, when I read Sony's game developer mention about how most of their games cost upward of $100 million to produce, they were sort of saying that console exclusives aren't as viable anymore. To shut out 2 or 3 different revenue avenues doesn't make sense anymore, which is probably why they are starting to put Sony games on the PC.
Either way, I'm sure it's a big blow to their ego, knowing that no matter what, MS will be getting a cut.
I like how Sony said console exclusives aren't as doable anymore but they STILL were very bitchy about letting PC get Last of Uf and haven't put any of the Uncharted games on PC or let MLB The Show go to PC or Xbox.
Seriously, the money they could make by allowing just The Show to be multi platform would be impressive as Xbox players are starved for a baseball game.
You probably could but you'd need a second computer with a second Twitch account to do that. I feel like Twitch would catch on to your IP address and shit doing that sort of thing. So I was thinking. How much money laundering is going on with Twitch? Realistically couldn't you take cash, get a throwaway debit card, and "donate" it right back to yourself?
Not sure if they'd actually stop it though admittedly.
