Woodley is not going to do well I assume. He is so much slower than he used to be, and is somehow even more passive. As much as I dislike Covington, he comes forward and will continually push Woodley back.

0. Woodley hasn’t looked like he’s wanted to be a professional fighter since he won the belt against Lawler. It started as being very safe to avoid losing the belt, but now I think it’s become a hardwired timidness.

He just absolutely doesn’t throw. Backs up to the cage and stands there mean mugging without doing anything. Even his latest wins look mostly like that.

There's a part of me surprised he's still fighting. Guy has a fair amount of years in the fight game and as such mileage on his body.

I think the first Thompson fight is what caused the change in his style.
