Speaking of people's taste in coffee @Trotsky I know it's not deliberate but it amazes me how you constantly Ben Shapiro the fuck out of me with every discussion surrounding food, by which I mean that no matter what the subject, no matter what the context, no matter what the state of popular opinion, for absolutely every single thing I have ever heard Ben Shapiro give an opinion on mine is the exact opposite. Somehow every time you say anything about food, it's the opposite to what I prefer. The one kind of coffee I can't fucking stand is cold coffee. I typically like it many different ways, but cold coffee is repulsive to me.

That's not intended to be disparaging, by the way, and I sincerely hope you don't take it that way; I already pointed out I believe everyone has different taste, different interest in food, and that's all perfectly valid and indisputably a subjective experience, but it's pretty funny and a bit amazing how consistent it is that I am bound to disagree every time you comment about your preferences.

Finally, a poll I care to vote in

DD all the way. Is it top tier coffee? No but its more than good enough. Starbucks has some drinks that are better but they're overpriced so quality to price ratio DD beats them every time. Plus I like their donuts and breakfast sandwiches. I also have a soft spot for the place since when I was younger and worked with my dad in the family business he'd often take me to DD for breakfast and lunch. Someone in one of these threads mentioned that DD is more blue collar and Starbucks more hipster and I think that's fair and reflects my experience.
