@Ripskater

Not good enough. In fact this more than a cop out: You are enabling.

The reason why many think you are a troll is because of that stance you take. It's hypocritical to pick and chose your morality based on personality or personal druthers. Trump by any standard, secular or spiritual is an intensely immoral man. This has been proven.

To say, "Yes, his actions mirror Satan's but at least his policies mesh with mine" is a form of spiritual cowardice. The dude literally exults in his debuached state.

You say you have daughters (you're blessed in that regard)... would you tolerate pathological lying, vengeful spitefulness, inodinate pride and adultrous behavior from them? Would you excuse it as long as they remained in your political tribe?

If you aren't a troll then it's troubling that you cling to your stance because people se your posts as validation to their beliefs that christians are hypocrites. You aren't just representing yourself, you know.

The man worships wealth, is often wroth in speech and demenor. It's becoming apparent that he wasat the very least aware of the crimminal elements of the people he surrounded himself with. HateObama all you want, but his reign was a stable one.

Forgive my tone, but I think you've made an idol out of your political ideology. It has become your Mammon. If you aren't a troll thenanswer thisquestion:

What's the greater sin: Wilful ignorance or wilful hypocrisy?
I honestly don't know what else I can say? Christians don't like Trump's past sexual sins, affairs or crude speech about women. But he's the only candidate that was freedom of religion. Hillary told us Christians we had to change our minds on abortion. Trump will appoint court justices that stand for Constitutional freedoms like speech and religion. Hillary will appoint justices that decide against Christian businesses. That should make sense.

I enjoy discussing politics, and worldview. My politics cannot save me from my sins that I deserve to pay for in Hell for eternity. Only Christs death on the cross can pay for that.

Can you explain this more? Explain your question more?
"What's the greater sin: Wilful ignorance or wilful hypocrisy?"

Good to see you finally admit that you don't care how much Trump rapes the land and robs the country, no matter how corrupt his administration is, it doesn't matter; as long as you get those Supreme Court picks so you can impose your religious beliefs on unbelievers despite the foundational principal of the separation of Church and State in the supposed Land of the Free, Trump can do whatever he wants, no matter how disgusting.

You're not too free if you die giving birth in Missouri, which has a 3rd world rate of maternal death.

"The United States has the highest maternal mortality rate of all developed nations and Missouri has one of the highest rates in the nation."

"The United Health Foundation’s 2016 Health of Women and Children Report pegged the national average at about 19.9 deaths per 100,000 live births, while Missouri’s maternal mortality rate was 28.5 deaths per 100,000 live births, which ranked 42nd nationally. Kansas clocked in at 19.6 and states like California (5.9) and Massachusetts (5.8) were well under double digits.

Missouri’s rate is about on par with Belize, and worse than poorer countries like Moldova (23) and Costa Rica (25), according to the CIA’s World Factbook."

This will get worse, rather than better, if your lot is successful in scrapping planned parenthood and Roe v. Wade. Way to go.

You're the one who should repent.
I'm not sure how trump is "raping the land, robbing the country,"

As I said, I like his stances on freedoms.

Is using prostitutes really that deplorable? Japan just got 4 their Basketball players expelled from the Asiatic games after a Shimbu Paper reporter spotted them at a notorious prostitute hub in Jakarta Indonesia last thursday

When I was balling in highschool the coach had a "no sex rule" before games.

Completely unenforcable, but we we're too stupid to realize it.

@Ripskater

Wilful ignortance: Willfully denying "the truth."

I don't like quoting scipture, especially in this forum. I'm not very qualified to do so and would be a poor representative in terms of arguing bibical points but: Matthew 23:23-31.

I guess this is an intractable issue. I just find it maddening that people who profess Christian values enable the opposite because it's the easy thing to do, then castigate others for doing the same thing.

It's not a good look. Short term gains like stacking the Supreme Court aren't worth the loss of credibility that to the church. I hope you at least consider this.

That being said, nice talking to you.

Ah yeah they say having or busting a nut weakens your knees.

No wonder athletes are so horny and rapey they have been abstaining for some time.

Remember Brock Lesnar talking about "Getting on top" of her wife after beating off F.Mirr with a horeshoe pulled from his ass?

I'm not sure why you think Christians are "enabling" Trumps past sexual sins and crude sexual comments. Is he still doing that? We don't know.

There was no Godly or moral choice for president. Trump or Hillary. Take your pick.

Picking trump doesn't mean I approve of crude sex jokes about women or that I approve of his past adultery.

Does that make sense? Even a little bit of sense?

A likkle.

A likkle.
I might make a thread on this when I regain the ability to make threads. I've heard others like you say the same thing, and I've tried to explain it. It could be a good thread

It would be nice to have a more definitive take on the issue. I haven't done a good enough job in arcticulating my position on this, which is entirely on me.

Hopefully smarter people can succed where I've failed.

He's a troll, expect a disingenuous answer

He's a troll, expect a disingenuous answer

I'm kind of up and down with that.

On one had it's hard to get him to directly address pointed questions. It took him a week to answer one that i repeatedly posed to him. It could be just the way he is. Heck, most of the people I work with are weirdo's. And I'm not exactly conventional in terms of how I express myself or relate to others, but I'm polite enough to to at least try to fake it once in awhile to remain socially viable.

But then, if he's a fake then he's a Deep Troll, a schtick that has been in play for years now. That in itself deserves some kind of credit just for the sheer consistency and longevity of the pantomine.

This especially laudable these days now with the ever decreasing quality of trolls that flit in and out of this forum. It's rare that you findthe nessecary combination of patienceand artistry you need to weave together a persona thatcan post straight-faced bullshit that compells you to reply seriously.

So even still, theres value to his presence. (I'm still smarting from Bukowski's stolen valor....smh. He seemed like such a stand up dude...)

As usual, you managed to totally sidestep the main point. To what do you attribute your 3rd world rates of death during childbirth? Do you think letting women die, essentially right in front of you for no good reason, is MAGA?

Edit: this was a much better reply,
Republicans are able to compete despite the massive unpopularity of their positions thanks to two things:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voter_suppression_in_the_United_States
https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/01/17/upshot/pennsylvania-gerrymandering.html

If you look at the polling, no one likes the policies Republicans are pushing. Majorities across the board support Democrat positions. More people vote Democrat than Republican in most elections, even with the voter suppression Republicans have been pushing relentlessly (see the recent Georgia announcement that they were closing down 7 out of 9 polling locations in a 60% black district? One of hundreds or thousands of examples). Despite that, somehow Republicans end up with majorities in the House and state legislatures.

The Republican Party does not care what most people want. They are brazenly anti-democratic. The party exists to say whatever identity politics nonsense will rile up their Fox News-viewing, mouth-breathing base enough to go vote for people who want to cut their SNAP, SS, Medicare, Medicaid, highway infrastructure, bridge maintenance, ethics watchdogs, clean air and water oversight, corporate malfeasance investigations, consumer protection watchdogs, election integrity commissions, and investigators to determine whether the sitting President and/or his campaign arranged a quid pro quo with a hostile foreign power.

This post is a factual representation of what you voted for. This is not a group of people focused on freedoms.

He's either a troll or an absolute moron whose existence in numbers threatens our democracy.

I don't give a shit which group he falls into.

Bukowski, the poster?

Meh, seems weird and arbitrary, since the "valor" that is being stolen is fucking stupid and fetishistic, but I'm sure you can still be an okay guy.

What's the story here?

Apparently Charles Bukowski wasn't as much of a stand-up guy as he presented himself to be. Really makes me rethink that short story about him getting crabs from a prostitute.

No, it's not just the way he is in the sense that I believe the continual deflection and dodging is deliberate and calculated trolling. I don't believe it's just cognitive dissonance. If it is, it's extreme.
