(1) emergency orders to produce more respirators and expand medical facility beds, (2) national-level lockdown orders restricting movement between states, (3) national shutdown orders forbidding the operation of nonessential businesses and restricting non-patient access to medical facilities, (4) broad entitlement programs so that people can comfortably survive without employment and are not incentivized to endanger themselves, and (5) using the presidential platform to urge citizens to take it seriously and to appreciate good domestic and commercial hygiene, i.e. NOT downplaying it and fueling conspiracy theories about how it's a hoax.

Again, just the things other countries have done. Remove your head from the sand, please. The idea that "the left" is being revisionist and wasn't shouting for this months ago is shameless.
