The exercise/rest/ibuprofen cycle is quite the tightrope. For sure being inactive causes problems, but so does too much exercise, and ibuprofen isn't amazing for you, so they have to be carefully balanced. I have a number of good stretches that help a lot too.

Well, here, a guy stormed the gates of the residence of the Governor General (and the PM, temporarily) armed to the teeth and he was taken alive, the police being credited with deescalating, when not one week ago an immigrant guy's family called a non-emergency number for help with their mentally ill father, armed with a pocket knife, and the police showed up and killed him.

Yeah the murder of Elijah McClain draws that comparison. I'll be attending a violin vigil for him Sunday night. The Joker shooting happened in the same city they tortured and murdered a mentally ill kid.

Pretty sure the police took Dylan Roof to get fast food after he murdered all those people at a black church as well. There are concerning comparisons to be made.
