That NYT article about permitting free speech not being the same as offering a platform to fuckwits becomes more relevant every day.
The Big One. Yep.
A couple of leftist subs were included, like chapo trap house and cumtown
Wisconsin students demand statute of Lincoln be taken down due to his history of racism.
UW-Madison students call for removal of Lincoln statue, ‘Just because he was anti-slavery doesn’t mean he was pro-Black’

Gonna try out a new dog whistle here. That NYT article about permitting free speech not being the same as offering a platform to fuckwits becomes more relevant every day.
I don't know about that. Having access to mainstream platforms seems to have been a more effective for them than being stuck in chans. They will all just migrate somewhere else, somewhere darker, deeper and more discreet where they will radicalize even greater than before.
Imagine Ted Bundy's female admirers, of which there were apparently many, organizing. They see the world through a pro-or-anti-Ted Bundy lens, and they communicate with the world in this way. If you shut off their shit, ban them from your platform, and otherwise make life difficult for them to get out their pro-Ted Bundy message, they will accuse you of being in an anti-Ted Bundy echo chamber.

Sounds like the New York Times is a platform. Be a shame if that made them a utility.

All a coincidence, believe me. We're just expressing ourselves. Here are fifty links to bomb-making tutorials, just in case you know who does you know what...That's the thing, every right wing free speech haven turns into a white nationalist shithole no one wants to touch.
Weird.

the WR is a right wing free speech haven. You guys post and stick around.
Well put. Or, to quote Det. Wojciehowicz, if you get it as kid you don't get it as an adult, and if you get it as an adult you don't get kids. Or is that chicken pox.
I find it weird as well the coincidences that abound between that show and episode, and the present day. Also contains gay men making straight men uncomfortable by simply existing which also continues to this day. All around a hilarious episode of television.
ROFL
"How long have you been a cop?"
"I was the first.".
Also, skip to 11:15 for the metaphorical entrance of Donald Trump into the COVID-19 situation.
Lol 4chan ain't mainstream4chan is every bit as mainstream, only they can now do anything they want with essentially no restrictions at all. You'd rather that large group of people stayed on Reddit. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them already use 4chan as well anyway.
aww, that kinda gives me a sad. They were a more politically diverse group of total fucking psychopaths than most. Plus I like hearing about all the continuing O&A universe shenanigans and hijinx. It looks like the last Opie and Anthony subreddit got taken out too.
I'm surprised they bothered with it.
