I easily can gain and lose 10 lbs. I just eat a lot and I'm able to burn the weight off cause I'd do BJJ 4-6 hours a week. Going from that much activity to nothing just made it a disaster. I'm use to lift weights and do other stuff but now I pretty much only am motivated when someone is trying to choke me or twist one of my limbs. Everything else is meh.
