Well done , you had the wife and son in stitches.

Has anyone done you yet ?

Your family reads Sherdog?

It makes me unreasonably happy that this was shared with family lmao

To answer the question, nobody has written mine yet and it seemed in poor taste to ask.

Sooooo, am I the only one in the camp that disbanding the police is a completely idiotic idea and swinging the pendulum way too far the other way?

It seems like a bad idea but it looks like the real plan is going to be disband the department and put in a new rebranded one. Seems a little excessive but to just announce it as rebranding/ retraining probably doesn’t satisfy enough people. No police at all wouldn’t work if you want the law upheld.

I like the description, fits me well. But the typing is unfortunate, would make me 4x weak to Fire and Rock which would make me a shit tier Pokemon in the meta due to the prevalence of Rock Slide and Flamethrower. Oh well.
Omg... I just realized I’m super weak to flying types... NOOOO @Limbo Pete how could you!!! @AnGrYcRoW will destroy me!!

Can someone explain the rock paper scissor dynamic of the types? I got stuck in a conversation with someone trying to explain this to me a few months ago and somehow sherdog has now made me interested.

Certain types will deal double damage to others, like using water gun on a fire type. Other types will resist and do half damage, like flame thrower to a water type. Some will even do 0 damage what so ever like an electric move to a ground type

I also feel like some significant piece of my childhood was erased because I never got into Pokémon yet everyone I grew up with did. I had this cheap knock off gameboy game called Dragon Warrior Monster. That’s the closest I ever got connected to it. Didn’t have the cards, game and never watched the show.

That must be rectified

Btw , I've shared a few of your posts with the misses in the past , she's a history teacher who usually has a few first Nations students so some of your longer posts on the topic of first Nations issues were of interest to her .

It was a flash in the pan where I'm from. In and out of popularity within a year to 18 months. Largely, I think, because it appealed to too narrow an age group. It was too complex for someone younger than 7 but too cartoonish and childish for anyone over 10.

That is highly flattering. If she ever has any questions regarding teaching Indian Education history, or Native history in general, i'd be happy to answer them professionally/offsite somehow

Type: Normal/Normal

Uses its rubbery body as an effective means to repel most physical attacks. Surprisingly lithe and agile for its shape and type. Able to sprint very quickly over small distances, despite having short legs. When pressed, a long, sticky tongue capable of extending several feet can be employed for both attack and defense, utilizing a paralyzing saliva to subdue foes. Fond of human sweets, and it is not unheard of for them to break into candy stores and gorge on the merchandise. Evolves from Lickilicky and is the final evolution of Lickitung.
Type normal/normal, so true.

I think the span was longer here cause the show and cards were popular then the game was like a whole new wave of it. People took the cards really seriously. I remember in elementary school two kids wanting me to handle trading cards cause they thought the other would steal.
