slight rise in my county, overall its plodding along, infection rate is slowing down, they are due to relax some restrictions this coming week, so i expect a rash of new cases.

If there are a lot of break-ins or burglaries in your neighborhood, how much of a moron do you have to be to leave your gun unattended in your vehicle? Just for that he should be beaten with his own shotgun.

That's something that's going to really suck for us here in my region because we've been uber cautious and it's really paid off, but the rest of the country still has lots of cases and they are talking about re-opening almost as quickly as us. So we'll be fine, but still suffering economically because we'll still be isolated from the rest of the country if there are any large outbreaks.

Glad to hear things are good overall. Which county is that, btw? How dependent would you say you are on tourism?

WE WUZ KINGS started as a way to mock afrocentrists who believed ancient Egyptians were black, but like all things on 4chan it kept merging with more and more racism + hate and just became a blanket way to mock black people's heritage and past

After watching that series and doing some research I came away thinking Steven Avery probably did it but his nephew definitely appeared to be cognitively impaired. Was really hoping he'd make it ot Wrestlemania or whatever event he was looking forward to.

@MC Paul Barman any update on your neighbors?

I had a coach from my MMA gym that did the "we wuz kingz" thing only not as a joke but being serious and referenced Egypt. Yes, said coach was black.

Then the two Egyptian brothers in the gym finally on Facebook fucking roasted his ass:
"DO WE LOOK BLACK TO YOU?!"

Also, it appears the gun was the only thing reported stolen in that neighborhood in 2020. So by "a lot", he meant just the one he mentioned.

I felt bad for him. He's clearly not mentally competent and should have been given a lighter sentence or sent to a mental health facility. Avery definitely did the crime, but I also believe the local police did some shady shit to secure the conviction.

I think it annoys Egyptians too because it's not like there isn't any royal families/groups on the African continent outside of Egypt?

JUST START UP A CIVILIZATION GAME especially 6 and there's a bunch from the continent:
Amanitore of Nubia
Mansa Musa of Mali
The guy from Kongo (I legit can't remember how to spell his name)
Shaka


It's really funny cause the people most likely to use Egypt as the argument for African kings are the same people that would get mad about white people having dreads...

What is strange to me is the focus on Egypt instead of Nubia, especially since there was a Nubian Dynasty in Egypt. Egypt just has this magic ability of attracting conspiracy theorists of all kinds.
