No one on planet Earth (Alien to you) knew this would go how it has. I am actually upset with Trump and how he has handled things but the truth is nobody thought GM and other companies would switch from their bottom line into panic mode to make medical supplies. Go watch some more videos of hairless cats. Oh, and your dad is tired of you drinking all the ice tea, perhaps leave some for him, while you freeload and contribute nothing but stale jokes and robotic dialogue to family dinners during this pandemic.

Yes. And conversely when you see someone playing half their hands it says that this guy is about to get felted, don't let your dreams be dreams. I'm just telling @Andy Capp that if you're not opening too loosely or tightly, and not being a total pussy, mostly what the HUD is telling them to do is to not engage with you. But that's within your control. Whereas, running a screen scraper into a bot to calculate razor thin margins is some straight up skullduggery by comparison.

From an ethical standpoint, it makes sense, but I can't get behind that thinking from an ROI perspective. Somebody would be essentially forced to play very close to GTO in order for the HUD-wielders to not be able to exploit them, and if that's the case, the player will be chugging along beating the game for a few BBs an hour no prob, at worst (or a respectable ROI for single table tourneys)

Even the 22/20/3 player is very exploitable (not sure if you meant that to represent good play, because it's way too passive if the '3' represents what it used to when I played - post-flop aggro), so yeah I'm really happy to push that guy off flops all day, and I might even make him lay down a big one when I have blockers and am repping the board with a decent chunk of my range, because I'm kind of a psychopath sometimes (even if there are easier spots).

I don't think it's possible to play well enough without a HUD in order to justify not using one, basically. It can be done out of stubbornness or ethics or some other reason, but it will be a leak. The flip side is not enjoying being exploited by people who aren't working as hard as you to read the table, which is sort of what I gather @Andy Capp's objection is implying.

Because our modern society is about instant gratification and the people who warn and plan are seen as kooks and downers. Even after these cooks are vindicated and everybody slaps their forehead acknowledging how obvious it was they go right back to instant gratification mode as soon as the dust clears and they call the same people kooks and downers.
