War Room Lounge v111: Err...I didn't mean to turn this into another thread about trouser lumber.

Yea, that one. It was a good performance by Phoenix. Haven’t really had time to look into the themes and purpose intended for it but the initial watch was great. Wish there were more films like it.
I found Robot and Frank to be an interesting companion film to Her , not in the exact same vein but it's about a relationship with AI in the not too distant future .

I highly recommend it , especially if you are middle aged or slightly past .

Would you say middle aged is the sweet spot?

No , it's just a bit more relevant if an old folks home is visible on the horizon ,even if distant lol

I’m thinking about moving to cleaning up hazardous areas. Scrubbing toilets is fun, don’t get me wrong, but I really want to wear a space suit and pretend I’m in low gravity while cleaning desks.

Yes, please. I enjoy a clean house...

Oh, that’s why my post got deleted. I hate threads where the TS moderates. Guy has a broomstick up his ass.
Ha has a fuckin fence post, suffering from an incurable bout of hall monitor syndrome ..

I can no longer give a shit about Marvel movies. They did the Avengers thing, they made all the money, they told the story that they can tell, and did it as well as that story can be told. I got to experience comic books on the big screen. Everything from this point onward is a boring rehash. Fuck that noise.

Is Once Upon a Time in Hollywood worthwhile. Anyone know?

I wasn’t a fan but @PolishHeadlock2 really enjoyed it

I’ll add it to the list

As long as we're recommending movies, I'm going to throw in Hotel New Hampshire. No relation to the AI theme, but semi-obscure and very good.

I do like computer fogie. And maybe that's his thing, being laissez faire. My issue is with the single moderator who goes after me, and presumably other left wing posters, pedantically and in bad faith but doesn't bat an eye at that.
Still holding on to your madmick conspiracy even after Rup said you were wrong?

This is like the middlest I've ever done my taxes. Usually do them in January or put them off until April, no in between.

This is obviously how we picture this going down imo:
