Last night Futures were down like 900 and trading was halted.

This morning Futures were up 400 and than the market opened 400 down and bounced around all day.

And futures are up 270 tonight

I mean, I always somewhat do a knee shield but it was more being able to extend that arm on the knee shield side out with my leg or catching an overextended and being able to get a sweep. Just timing stuff that had been starting to finally come together. I also was getting more comfortable with octopus because of a sweep I like where you have to keep their arm in at their hip and you end up doing a back roll from it. I wasn’t hitting the angle right the first month or so doing it but now it usually feels smooth and when I doesn’t, I know where to transition/ move on to.

I also just got Farias half guard series for free with some deal cause of the virus closing down gyms. I don’t really buy many series’s but really felt like his game would help me a lot as I don’t really play Deep half at all yet.

Just had a sobering convo with the local e-cig shop.

The business has been insane the last few years, with multiple panics over certain juices and then the gas station weed vape being blown out of proportion. Recovered each time, losing over half his sales and rebuilding. Then the tariffs (the industry is affected by these and nobody cares).

Started to pull out of that a little, then fucking Coronavirus hits and now there's just no supply for bottles and parts for e-cig rigs. Nearly every bottle that could be used for juice is being used for hand sanitizer, and what bottles there are go to the biggest companies and not the shops.

So dude is looking at going bankrupt and the only thing he can do is a Hail Mary try at getting hired on to a different line of work. Completely being fucked year after year.
