It's a very privileged position to have, imo. Marginalized groups are going to get blasted.
My community is looking at the potential for another termination era; these elections have very very real consequences but they are mostly felt by minorities. And even so, as someone that isn't a registered tribal member, I still have the privilege of not actually losing out like so many other people I know. I give zero fucks about anything other than getting someone that isn't aggressively hostile to the Native community in office, and maybe- maaaaaybe- putting someone in at the BIE and BIA that isn't a complete fucking clown. Trump has not and will not do that; it's gotten so so much worse under this administration. It's a fucking shit show of biblical proportions right now. Biden might not be an ally, but he's definitely not an enemy. Sure, Bernie would have been a million times better, but that aint how it shook out. Consequencesssssssssssss.
