After I cleaned up the American Response to the Corona Virus thread and left a note saying that the place for discussing moderation and other posters is the Lounge, the Support forum or PMs to Admin, he decided to quote that post to continue his off topic whinging about moderation in the thread. This is after we'd started discussing it here.
I guess he thought I was just making a suggestion?

My roommate is a guy I met on Sherdog.

Plenty of guys met RR a couple years ago. Pretty sure @Da Speeit has met a couple people over the years.

The fact is there was a pack of people a couple years ago that trusted each other enough that Secret Santa was conducted.

I used to a know a few that posted here, though the only ones I'd call friends are long gone. Probably met a few more, as the MMA scene was tiny here when I joined and I went to every event (joined the first local MMA gym).
Magicman was from my home town, but I never figured out who he was in retrospect.

He didn't actually create it. It's PEB's thread. Although one of Mike's threads was merged in. After we'd decided to use a separate thread they were merged, renamed and combined with other relevant posts. Then I went through and sent half of it here as completely off topic anyway.
