In the long run they are almost always not worth it. Take the money and invest it in high interest savings instead and you will come out ahead.

I know the times I stream I struggle to keep a good frame-rate/buffer/it not stutter but I'm running everything wirelessly through my Xbox so I don't even have a dedicated stream deck which is great for it to be a jumbled mess.

When I was recently looking for a laptop all the Asus ones I liked had not so great displays but otherwise they were well though of.

Well, my problem with them really has nothing to do with product quality but rather misleading advertising, horrific customer service, and an apparent reluctance to process returns in a timely manner in order to inappropriately hang on to other people's money for as long as possible. I presume that happens when a company is desperate for cash flow and on the verge insolvency, and if so, thank fuck. Their name should be wiped from the face of the earth, the motherfuckers.

This makes sense then cause that’s the specific laptop I was thinking about. I like bulky desktop replacement type laptop. Never cared if it weighed a bit and or wasn’t thin.

Yea, I usually use external monitors and rarely had to travel with it so that isn’t a top priority for me.

Hmm. Worked with Lenovo/IBM computers (thinkpad) the past... 10 ? years and cannot complain. Never once used a mouse, touchpad only
