Would've thought home prices were much higher. Definitely a cool neighborhood. I lived there at my employer's house for the first fiver or so months in Philly. Hilly fuckin' place though.

Perusing the rest of the list, looks like Nicetown ain't that nice.

Right? Had a nice 3-bedroom with a basement and an extra half a lot in Lansdowne (just outside West Philly) that I sold 10 years ago for 150k. The 600sqft. 1-bedroom I'm in on Big Island just got appraised at 650k for a re-fi.
