What's up with the site???

I got seriously ill the day after Christmas. My nephew basically got everyone sick. I slept for like 30 hours straight, only getting up to pee and then shuffle my way back to bed like a zombie. I finally got back to the gym this week; I've never been away that long. The amount of progress you lose in two weeks is staggering.

Had a bad headache, fever for two days. After that it was just constant coughing and blowing my nose with pretty bad fatigue and weakness. The recovery has been noticeable but slow.

sounds miserable.

I tore my MCL at the gym doing some gayass landmine workout.

still wrapped up after two weeks.

Perhaps it's not lost progress but you need more time to recover.
