Maybe not but I don't see him winning all the court cases he's currently facing. Gotti finally had charges stick when Gravano testified against him and there are already about a dozen who have flipped against Trump.

No, not the holidays. I ruptured two discs in my spine and the last thing I needed was to argue with people over stupid shit. I have been in so much pain and stress because I am taking fmla until I can get some nerve blockers just so I can sleep, sit in a chair, and lead my usual lifestyle. I work 12 hour shifts. I can’t sit at a desk for that long and it hurts to walk, so my days have consisted of binge watching game of thrones from start to finish, sitting on either a heating pad or ice, then going and layed in bed trying to relieve some of the pain. Hell, I have even been using thc pills and gummies to relieve some pain even though I absolutely hate pot highs-it feels like bees are crawling all over my skin and I get paranoid from it and it makes me more think about work and the missing income-but it does give me some relief physically, just not mentally. Today hasn’t been too bad even though I only got three hours of sleep, so I decided to hop back on and go through my alerts to see how many times joshua runs his mouth about my absence-the longest in the 20 years I have been on here: happy holidays btw

God, I hope so. Nothing has worked-not pain killers, ice, heat, thc. I have an appointment with a pain specialist this weekend and I am praying that I can get nerve blockers on this appointment rather than have to wait while off of work.

Sorry to hear that and I hope you feel better bub. However, it sounds like a tough road ahead as you are now undoubtedly hopelessly addicted to marijuana.

No way am I addicted to marijuana. I don’t like that high particularly, but it does help me not feel the pain for a bit or not care as much. I have probably 15 capsules filled with pot and gummies. When I take it, I don’t get the giggles or the munchies-just a whole body tingling.

Thanks. I had quite a few bulging discs which causes my to have nearly constant back spasms and it has been really tough on me with the stress from not getting paid and feeling like a worthless piece of shit because I am putting my family in financial issues because we only have my pension check coming in on my end. Plus, my wife makes really decent money but works so damn much and so hard that it affects quality time with the family and I know she resents me having to take Fmla and not having paychecks coming in

Heard that. I was out of work for a bit in 2023 and the stress is real. You can only cut back so much. Immense amount of stress. Hopefully you can get the blockers and correct it. Whatever you do, take time with the wife even if its just sitting on the couch and talking. Order uber eats etc. It may help
