I don't agree with the government's position, but that commenter and the Forbes author are both wrong about what a favorable holding would entail. It would not mean the government can raid houses to confiscate guns.
You can review all the briefs here: https://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/caniglia-v-strom/.
I don't think the government will prevail, though. In a vacuum, I could see a majority of Alito/Roberts and some combination of other justices not named Sotomayor siding with the government. But, with the amount of political wind in this case and the fact that Alito/Thomas/Kavanaugh are overtly politically partisan, I just don't see how a majority can form.
As an aside, if you happened to see any of the train wreck filings by the Trump team after the 2020 election, this is a good example of high-quality legal work by both parties in this case.
Nice, thanks for sharing. Glad you’re kicking that habit’s ass.Thank you sir. I always try to emphasize that I'm not anti-alcohol, just anti-mebeingadrunk.
For beer I'd start with Voodoo Ranger (9% version) for the first six-pack and then maybe bud light platinum from there out since it really didn't matter. Liquor was Tito's vodka or Kraken rum as favorites. For wine Kendall Jackson chardonnay.
Of course in a pinch I would not turn down shots of fireball and a case of miller lite. Basically endless choices.
I'm sure he gets residuals anytime the movies play. It's probably what paid for his meth addiction in the first place.Motherfucker got like $80,000 worth of work done on his meth'd out teeth. The fuck are they paying these Mighty Ducks?
Yes.@Sketch in this thread we will squash our beef.
Major LOL at Georgia GOP making it illegal to give out water in voting lines. How do you make it illegal for one civilian to give another civilian water?
Clearly anti-democratic.
