Dude I am trying not to be an ass but I really am torn between wanting to diplomatically explain to you where I think you are going wrong here and showing you what a troll really is. But I can see this is becoming one of these silly conversations that I was giving JVS shit for extending, so if it helps, you can just see me as one his white knights, walking away with rosey butt cheeks (nttawt).

I don't berate you or anyone. And I do ignore most posters of your caliber. You put more effort into it than, say, second sight, though, which makes you occasionally worth reading.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall DS praising Thuriasz, who is a real troll and an ugly-souled dude. That says pretty definitively that the standard for "troll" he's using is just "doesn't agree with DS."

Tell me where I'm going wrong. Jack has said multiple times in many threads I didn't honor a bet. Jack has gone on record here criticizing people for making accusations without backing them up. I've invited Jack to back up his accusation against me. He hasn't. Nor has he retracted it. Is the dude a troll or just a hypocrite (in this regard)? Surely a neutral guy like yourself can find fault there. Yeah?

One time in high school, this one girl said something like this (that it's impossible) and everyone was just stunned and she had no idea why.

Prior to the 1970s, that was the position of most state criminal codes, and before the 1960s, arguments otherwise were uncommon. Its amazing how rapidly positions like this can change.

It was in reference to DS getting along with Thuriaz, so it's not really aimed at thurriaz. The reference is on the same page I said this so I am sure everyone who needs to, will read it and get the joke. But sure @Thurisaz

I'll say without diving into it, that if you guysb spent more than 3 posts tallying about he is at least guilty of getting sidetracked over stupid stuff again.

Beyond that the court has to be selective about what it reviews, limited bandwidth and all that.
