Yeah we should export our failed prison system to other countries.
His girlfriend is now suing the NFL and the Patriots for CTE. They ruined a good man's life.Aaron Hernandez agrees with you.
The Law punishments in Europe (in most countrys) are a fucking joke!!!
He was baited into attacking her and he fell for it. Won't be the first time a guy loses his shit over some idiotic female.
He's had a bunch of chances to try and prove that he can follow society's laws and not attack people. He's fucked up every time. Either he dies in prison or exits it an old, broken man. Either outcome is preferable to having him roaming free on the streets.
The fact that his sentence is 66% longer than Anders Brevik’s is kind messed up.
Fucking cuck Norwegians.
Well Brevik is an extreme case and I am not sure he will ever get out.
But if you look at "cucked" Norway. Their justice system protects their women and children a lot better than the US system.
It depends on what you want. Do you want a justice system like the US where you have long prison sentence which causes high repeat offenders.
But gives the individual victim more of a "justice" feeling. But is a burden on the overall society.
Or do you follow the Norwegian model? Were you give out shorter sentence and the system is set up on rehabilitation but lacks the sort of individual justice for the victim.
But in return causes them to close a lot of prisons and its good for society overall.
Can’t call it a “justice system” without justice for the victims.
But women are equal to men so the laws should reflect that. It's sexist to think women aren't capable of giving or taking a beating like men. It's what he gets for fighting Ms.Mack like he was fighting GSP for the WW crown. This guy is scum at the bottom of the garbage can. Sure she's a porn star.....just don't hit women ever men. Just don't
Yeah, but can you call it justice system if it creates more crime?
Yeah, but can you call it justice system if it creates more crime?
Don't get me wrong I certainly see the argument for handing out harsh punishment especially for violent crimes.
But on the other hand, the crime already occurred. Its worth considering if it's not better to try a system that makes future crimes less likely.
I'm not sure, let's see:
"Can't call it a "justice system" if it causes more crime.
"
I don't know if that meme works as well.
