Inefficient... use one hand to hold the phone and the same thumb to type then you can also have a drink in the off hand.

To be fair I'm just used to holding a phone and using both thumbs because of playing a GameBoy as a kid.
 
Getting ready to dish out mid year reviews is such a nightmare. The way we have to do all these write ups, just to have a management meeting for 3 hours where other managers challenge the ratings and bonuses you're giving out. Probably my most hated meeting to partake in, coming up in less than an hour. Dreading it.
