wanting to mix it up and need advice

So basically I have cut back on my lifting latey and feel that it's due to boredom. I started doing boxing/kickboxing 4 times a week but I still want to lift to supplement my training. I have decided that switching up from my old routine of doing the big lifts all the time might be for the best to get me back in the weight room and would like some opinions from my fellow Sherdoggers. I was thinking something along the lines of box squats, cleans, snatches, pushes presses and maybe... bench or something. My previous years of training have been based around bench, squats, deadlifts, bors and shoulder presses for around 5x5 for as long as I have been lifting, roughly 7 years. It's time to switch it up.
 
Just so we are clear:

You've been using a 5x5 progression for 7 years?
 
What kind of weight have you been lifting lately?
 
Lately it has just been bench on Monday, deadlift Tuesday, OHP Thursday and squats Friday but just a few sets with occasional assistance work. Mostly going just to go.
