Walking?

    Is walking good for cardio health? See i am a big guy and running hurts my knees but walking for about 3-4 miles is not at all bad for me. And i was wondering if i could see cardio healh from walking.

    Of course. It's not as good as running, but it beats sitting on your butt. You can gradually start to add some jogging. Maybe not the full distance, but in spurts of a few minutes at a time. Keep doing that and you'll be running in no time.
