I honestly have no idea why he's out on bail and like I said, I don't like to guess about shit like this. Maybe the police know him and don't think he's a threat, maybe his family is connected, it could be a million things. Seeing as you pushed me into looking deeper, there was a quote where the defense attorney criticized the press for talking about this as if it was a premediated school shooting when it was a case of someone being bullied to the point of pulling out a gun and opening fire. The shooting I was at a guy walked in, pulled a rifle out of a bag and opened fire. Apparently this wasn't that, at least according to the lawyer.
