I was skeptical about how good Volk is until 2 things:
1. his escape from that mounted guillotine by T-City
2. his domination of Max in the 3rd fight

Volk has gotten better over time and has superb fight IQ.

He's approaching this fight with the right mindset. Will be interesting to see how well he can implement his gameplan. If Volk pulls it off, it will be one of the most impressive 2nd strap wins ever.

He doesn't stand a chance really (maaybe if he can land a well timed shot during transitions). He can try to prepare for "positions" but in reality Islam is always a few steps ahead with the grappling. Like a strong chess GM playing an IM.
