To be fair, Arman is basically the same size as Islam with a solid freestyle background. That fight was odd because both of them never angled off and slipped a lot trying to close gaps. So they would find themselves in defensive grappling exchanges from mistakes they made striking

You sure? Not saying he is not, but have any idea about how much he cuts?

But yeah, he seems to have a better background than Volk to handle Islam, and is bigger than Volk.

Arman is pretty short. He's a thick boy for sure, though.

Volk should just spent some time on McGregor's yacht and have Conor's chef prepare him a nice horse steak with acai berry sauce, if you get my drift. That would at least add to the hype. Lol

Yeah, both around that 5'9/5'10 mark. Both have Similar builds. Unsure who cuts more though.

If Volk beats Islam, not the other way.
4 defenses at FW.
Plus let's say 2 defenses at LW.
Being a small guy for LW, in an era where size, frame and reach are huge in MMA.
That would be fucking impressive, in my book.
GOAT for sure!

Islam needs many defenses to be considered GOAT.

Yeah, I always thought it was their banhammer account, but still you'd figure to see him in action in the mids of SD battlefields, after a big event, Mjonir smashing fools by the dozens.
