Volcano (1997)

Best scene. Couldn't he have just tried tossing the guy if he was that strong lol

It was really odd seeing him young when I watched Coal Miner’s Daughter recently. He’s in his early 30’s here
wow, his acne scarring was as bad as I thought it'd be, but still a bit shocked to see it

that is rough, especially as he looks like Channing Tatum

the whole time I was hoping he'd just throw the body in then use it as a stepping stone to leap over the lava

I'm probably remembering it wrong due to Decades of Repressed Trauma but it feels like the guy in that subway burns to death on camera for 20 minutes
it was a short scene but it cuts back to him waist deep in the lava and he's still fully conscious :D

definitely silly

its an awesome disaster movie, i like how it represents some reality as the shithole they live in is overrun with homeless, but i always liked it, its at the top of the disaster movies with a killer perfomance by Tommy Lee Jones

They included so many "cliches" about L.A like the riots, looting and racism that it felt authentic to me

the black guy wrapping police tape around his head who got excited seeing himself "on tv" was spot on

Is he giving the bird as he sinks into the lava here? Tribute to Arnold?

It has a solid "Tommy Lee Jones has got this shit" scene as well that all of his movies should have
