Vikings are the GOAT

NO ONE in history has conquered all of Europe.

No one.

There's 0 chance.

napoleon is probably the closest person to accomplishing this. the english are lucky that they live on an island. the french at that time under napoleon's rule were the absolute best led soldiers of the day.

He would have been a top 10 p4p berserker in his day

holding the European lands lol was far beyond their capability.
That was what was so badass about them. There just werent enough of them to hold the lands they conquered but they did it anyway cos thats what they DID. Savage.

So they were to weak to actually conquer.

so badass lol

savage stupidity boy.

Mongol fans LOVE to think that they could have taken Europe.

No chance amigo. There's a reason why no one has been able to take all of Europe. It's the most sought after land in the world.
the mongols beat the russians and beat a united eastern europe while vastly out numbered..there is no reason to believe they couldnt.

the 2 theories why the mongols DIDNT is because their emperor died and they turned back to bury him..the other reason was because western europes landscape was too dense with forests which prevented horse grazing that suited their battle logistics.

aside from the mongols the huns...hannibal...and the moors had shown that western europe could be conquered and conquered for a long time..

But they never did. For a land such as small as Europe... No one could take it. No one. Never.

Mongols were overrated. One man army. Soon as the brilliant strategists died... They folded like lawn chairs back to Mongolia. Where is their empire now?

they didnt because of reasons....not because europe is inpenetrable..invincible...( what you are probably implying)

the size of a continent doesnt matter...and europe has been taken over plenty of times like I said before...just not all at once...

a full force mongol invasion would have mowed right through western europe...

mongols never went all out on europe and still took out a united eastern europe..

Excuses. Mongols took out weak tier civilizations in transition periods, and e-statted by conquering nomadic northern lands no one really wanted. They got BTFO in India, couldn't take Europe and folded against Japan and South East Asia.

I will give them props for taking Perisa, Central Asia, South East Asia, Upper Eastern Europe and the Caucasus regions.

What about the Huns though? They smashed the Germanics of their day (Goths) and forced them to flee into the Roman Empire.

That they did.. They never went to the Northern Germanic tribes.. Although they did go through a lot of Denmark. Some think that the Huns contributed to creating the Viking era. At least one respected archaeologist has argued that Scandinavian contacts with another Asian steppe-people, the Huns, catalyzed the social changes that produced the Viking Age.

Well the Goths were originally from Sweden, and there are Swedish towns like Götaberg (Gothenburg) that still bear their name. So that is pretty northern.
